I’m speechless. As horribly head-aching it is to watch this, it’s still pretty funny.

Hide-a-Pod (Now for iPhone!)

July 15, 2007 - Leave a Response

With the iPhone comes a boatload of accessories and cases. I, like many others, have been searching the internet high and low for that “perfect” iPhone case. I think I may have found it. While it might not be entirely practical, it’s a 11/10 on the hi.lar.io.us. scale.

Now iPhone Ready

iPhone in Hide-a-PodSo you have a shiny new iPhone? It needs protection too. After all, you stood in line for days to get your iPhone. It would be a tragedy to lose your precious device in a only a few seconds.

But there’s no need to be concerned, because Hide-a-Pod is ready to serve. Just pop your iPhone inside for instant protection. Just like the iPod version, you connect one simple cable and you’ll still have access to all the great features of your device. And just think, for the first time the Zune will have Wifi that is actually useful.

Pick yours up at Hide-A-Pod !

12 Inch Macbook Pro

July 15, 2007 - Leave a Response

Ever since Apple’s PowerBook line met its end last year, people have been clamoring for Apple to return to them a 12-inch laptop.

Rumors of Steve Jobs granting their wishes and bestowing upon them an ultraportable, professional-grade notebook have been fairly consistent since the man introduced the 15- and 17-inch MacBook Pros. Today, MacScoop quotes “trusted sources” that point to the arrival of a 12-inch MacBook Pro by the end of the year. These sources say the laptop will be half as thick as the old 12-inch PowerBook at 0.6 or 0.7 inch (15 to 18 millimeters to our international readers). This rumored laptop will weigh less than 3 pounds, making it the lightest Apple laptop ever released. If it’s ever released.

Apps

There’s beginning to be a wide variety of web apps for the iPhone. Cooking recipes, movie showtimes, gas prices, games, IM, you name it. Keeping track of them for later use…now that can be a problem.

Sure, sure…you can bookmark every single one of them and have this huge bookmark list filled with un-important nick nack applications. OR, you could bookmark an Application designed to…well…manage your other applications. Read the rest of this entry »

MMS (Picture Mail) Workaround

July 13, 2007 - 11 Responses

MailA common complaint I’ve heard about the iPhone is that it does not support MMS. Or does it? Afterall, MMS is basically just glorified email aliasing. Email? Now that’s something the iPhone can do! Read the rest of this entry »
